Great so far
Simply put, I arrived with many questions, and all of them quickly answered or resolved in a short time frame.
I was in the west walnut location on 11/15/2023 the Latino guy that waited on me was rude and was of NO help or concern abt my issue - Verizon needs to either clean house or give more training to the employees at this store - I will NEVER go back to this location again - I am leaning toward changing carriers - Come on Verizon do something abt your employees your customers deserve better!!!
