I ordered 2 galaxy S25'S for my wife and I. They were supposed to be delivered to my residence, but were sent back return to sender. I attempted to contact their customer service on 3 separate occasions and remained on the phone for over an hour each time without a resolution. I was then told by their customer service that I could go to their corporate store at this location for assistance and was greeted by one of their team members who stated that they were unable to rectify the non delivery of the cell phones.
