Daniel from the Mesquite store gets 5 stars! Verizon does not! I’ve been dealing with the same issue with Verizon since July (mind you I’m writing this in October). Daniel was able to take care of it in less than five minutes although I’ve talked with 15+ representatives between now and then for something as simple as printing a recent bill. Thank you, Daniel. You’ve restored my faith in humanity and I appreciate you going above and beyond and I’m unsure where Verizon would be without you.
Daniel was so nice and helped me with my new phone !!
