Worst company ever no way to call them or get of customer service only for new service
After a nightmare 10-day ordeal with Verizon’s online support, I was ready to cancel my contract altogether and switch companies. disgusting! I do not recommend dealing with these people, I spent a lot of time and nerves after I went here. The employees deceived me! Do not trust them, they are stupid, I can not understand where they even found such managers. They promised and assured me that there would be no problems and I would get everything they promised me. We were there today to get my boyfriend a new phone. The girl with the short curly hair is who helped us, and frankly she needs a lesson in customer service. She was not very friendly from the start and was very dismissive whenever my boyfriend asked her a question. She tried getting him to open a new line and he said he didn’t want a new line she kept pushing.
