Bought phone and they lied about promotion. Said it would be paid and it wasn’t. I had my receipt to prove it. They backtracked and said for ME to call customer Service. I told them they screwed it up and they could fix it. Said they could not call Verizon. Reluctantly they did and called and eventually got it fixed, but this is a constant problem at this store where they do nothing but lie and throw it off on someone else to fix. Do not trust the store at all or the employees that work there.

It's very slow. The queue is not respected. You have to wait for a long time, and so every time you visit this salon. I don't recommend it. Instead of me began to serve the client who was after me in the queue. I am leaving and will not return to this salon.

Terrible service…. I’m not a Verizon customer but I purchased some $10 earbuds online. I was not told that I had to be The one to come into the store and pick them up. Even though I had the order number and everything there seem to be a problem with it. I’m going to stick to MetroPCS.
