We walked in the door and immediately were met by the nicest man who fixed my phone while we were standing there. What more could you ask for? He was friendly and kind and knew what he was doing. He was very patient with an elderly lady who had a gigantic phone problem that he made into a minor problem that he fixed immediately. I wish I had gotten his name because he was so nice.
