Went here today to replace my phone and associate John helped us. He was very rude and disrespectful. We will not be going to this location again!
Had the most pleasant experience with John, today! Extremely knowledgeable, kind, and all around fun guy. He made the experience quick and painless! We will definitely come back to this store for all future Verizon issues and purchases. John is the best. John deserves a raise. John is the GOAT!
