They do not care about their customers from my experience.
Not much for posting - but what a waste of time to come here- got “checked in” while several employees were around not helping anyone - several other customers came in- same process, the. Someone entered looking to switch to Verizon and helped immediately- when finally told helped 25 minutes later was told I would have to call the support center- which sent me to the store in the first place.
Crossville Verizon is the absolute worst ever!!!! don't go here they are awful and bad customer service!!!! you're better off asking you're dog for help!!
