Shame on this location! Shame! I got my new services on 03/16. I ported over my numbers from a competitor. My plan was to keep my two phones and get home Internet. The sales man tells me congratulations we are going to give you a $1000 trade credit for your s10, I was surprised and baffled since that phone was so old. Such a terrible customer service, The one who attended me is Tiffany, who is very unprofessional, I went in there to buy two iPhones this evening, this lady was addressing me while chewing gum, chitti chatting with others, nagging, during the whole process, made me wait longer than usual, while there is a taxi waiting for me to get me to airport, I mean really.. what's your hiring process is like.
This is a company owned location, so the staff competency is higher than the retail locations. Ported my phone from GoogleFi to Verizon. The guy that helped us was very good and provided some good insights on Verizon, T-Mobile, and GoogleFi. My home is located in an area with horrible cell coverage.
