I've been with Verizon for over 25 years. I just purchased a new phone and needed help factory resetting my old phone and sending back. I also bought a tablet. I just can't believe that they nickel and dime you. $40 to transfer content. Phone and tablet did not come with chargers had to buy separately. Crazy!
We got in and out in reasonable time. The help was very good.

Have a good experience in store so far but I think they need to keep extra stuff they market . Like the current iPhone and razr phone accessories as well . Just a suggestion for better service
