I went into the Verizon store to get a quote for switching from T-Mobile. I was adding 2 new lines and trading in a phone that was supposed to get me $1,000 in credit. I was also getting one free phone and insurance on the devices. I specifically asked to be quoted with taxes included, and was told my total monthly bill would be around $149. I'm giving them five stars I was so glad after going to three other places to get a new Verizon phone I walked in and was greeted by Ricki and was very well taken care of she answered all my questions and took care of all of my needs. Thanks again Ricki for all your help!
Tech wanted $29 to put phone on machine to clear negative image issue. I corrected it in 2 minutes with Google help.
