I’ve been battling online with VZ customer “care” since end of Feb on a business router. I happened to be in the area and was greeted by Jessica today. I've been with Verizon for several years after I left sprint,,,love tgem they always answer and service my phone if needed. Highly recommend them for all cell and internet as well as game needs.
