Terrible experience. I came in to reactivate and change my old plan—simple enough. Instead, they set me up with a whole new plan and gave me a second line I never asked for. When I asked them to cancel it, they didn’t even know how and had to call customer service to do it for them. Then they told me I couldn’t trade in my phone, but customer service later confirmed I could. No one at the store made any effort to help. Jose took care of us. Great customer service. Didn't have to wait long. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. I appreciate his honesty. What we bought didn't work for our needs he returned the item with no problem and even tho we didn't purchase anything else he made suggestions on what we could try next. I recommend this store.

Refund of $248.99 NEVER RECEIVED ! Sales Guy Eddie- If only on the day you saw me you were paying more attention to my needs and not your personal cell phone, I wouldn't have had all this trouble. You just had to do your job and ask me what memory I wanted, what color. But no, your videos in any app were more interesting. Another female operator who tried to resolve the issue and gave me her number to call updats- You NEVER answered the phone. A shame.
