I had a really disappointing experience at this store. The staff treated me with a dismissive attitude and didn’t care at all about what I needed. I said “thank you” before leaving, but they didn’t even look me in the eye. It’s clear they have no interest in helping customers or providing good service. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

I have been to this location twice to help my dad with his phone. Everyone in the store was extremely helpful, Denise and Oscar in particular. I will definitely go back there again if I need any help in the future.

Terrible experience. I came in to reactivate and change my old plan—simple enough. Instead, they set me up with a whole new plan and gave me a second line I never asked for. When I asked them to cancel it, they didn’t even know how and had to call customer service to do it for them. Then they told me I couldn’t trade in my phone, but customer service later confirmed I could. No one at the store made any effort to help. Jose took care of us. Great customer service. Didn't have to wait long. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. I appreciate his honesty. What we bought didn't work for our needs he returned the item with no problem and even tho we didn't purchase anything else he made suggestions on what we could try next. I recommend this store.
