I had a really disappointing experience at this store. The staff treated me with a dismissive attitude and didn’t care at all about what I needed. I said “thank you” before leaving, but they didn’t even look me in the eye. It’s clear they have no interest in helping customers or providing good service. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

I have been to this location twice to help my dad with his phone. Everyone in the store was extremely helpful, Denise and Oscar in particular. I will definitely go back there again if I need any help in the future.

Terrible experience. I came in to reactivate and change my old plan—simple enough. Instead, they set me up with a whole new plan and gave me a second line I never asked for. When I asked them to cancel it, they didn’t even know how and had to call customer service to do it for them. Then they told me I couldn’t trade in my phone, but customer service later confirmed I could. No one at the store made any effort to help. Mal servicio fue para recibir ayuda con una orden que hice nadie pudo ayudarme el dominicano ahí pesado recomiendo que no vayan ahí busquen otro lugar
