DJ and his team are liars and will miss lead you to get a sale. They lead us to believe that they would pay off our phones by getting a credit card on the mail and never said it could take 90 days which is beyond when it would go to collections. My wife called multiple times to follow up only to be told they’d call back and never did. We couldn't get anything done over the phone with our customer service so we went here to deal with a live human being and it was a great decision. The gentleman had helped us was wonderful, he took his time to make sure everything worked the way it should and graciously thanked us for coming into the store.
I have to admit, I went into Verizon in a very bad mood. Chase assisted both my husband and myself with new phones at the best possible deal. He programmed everything for us. He also mentioned an internet and streaming services that are saving us about half of Spectrum and includes Netflix. Needless to say, I left a very happy person! Thank you, Chase! Y'all gotta go see him!
