We couldn't get anything done over the phone with our customer service so we went here to deal with a live human being and it was a great decision. The gentleman had helped us was wonderful, he took his time to make sure everything worked the way it should and graciously thanked us for coming into the store.
I have to admit, I went into Verizon in a very bad mood. Chase assisted both my husband and myself with new phones at the best possible deal. He programmed everything for us. He also mentioned an internet and streaming services that are saving us about half of Spectrum and includes Netflix. Needless to say, I left a very happy person! Thank you, Chase! Y'all gotta go see him!
"I am writing to report an extremely negative experience at this store. I placed an online order for two phones to be shipped to this location for in-store pickup. Upon my arrival, an associate named Reggie informed me that my order could not be picked up because, according to him, the store was unable to receive the delivery.
