Everyone there sincerely tried to help, but were unable to resolve the issue. Fortunately, customer service was able to after about an hour on the phone. It was a complicated case, so I dont blame them for not being able to resolve it at the store. Everyone was extremely polite and sincerely tried their best

Don't do it. The current "deal" which discounts per line will be full price for a few months and then some. You'll end up paying the same as anywhere else and even if you stay for the full length of the deal, won't save any money. They won't disclose this upfront until after your business number is technically theirs. If you want to dispute it, you'll have to talk to outsourced call centers that couldn't care less of your 1st world problems.
