Came here to get an account set up for my business. Ryan, the “Business Manager” seemed disengaged and annoyed by trying to help. Very strange.
Great Customer Service! It is refreshing to experience good service. I was able to get what I needed in a quick efficient manner.
Always a wait even though there are Verizon employees sitting around doing nothing. When they do wait on you they usually get it wrong and there are multiple returns to the store for corrections. Go to BestBuy or another retailer for Verizon service, never go to a Verizon Corporate store, especially this one. This store has had multiple opportunities to do better with me over the years and it progressively gets worse.
