Had to go back a week after l got phone. All emojis and leaving comments by mic had disappeared. MGR WAS SO RUDE. HE KEEK SAYING STICKERS WERE EMJOIS. I TOLD HIM NO THEY WERE NOT. HE HAD NO IDEA . I WILL NEVER MESS WITH VERIZON AGAIN. AND ITS GONE SO DOWN HILL I WAS SHOCKED. I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM SINCE 2008. BUT NOT FOR LONG. I HAVE A PHONE SO MESSED UP I CANT BELIEVE THEY HIRE RUDE PPL LIKE THIS.
