I had to return a piece of equipment, and though I will admit, I did walk in at the right time (not busy), everyone I dealt with was very friendly, helpful, and professional. They helped my make my return very quickly and with zero hassle. It was probably one of the best experiences I've had with Verizon in at least the several years!

Brought our phone in today for a new replacement.....Lost all our Information from old phone to new phone after paying $30.00 and was given no reason why....Was told they were closing and could do nothing..., 😞 We have lost all apps , all Dr appointments, all banking information....SO...SO... UPSETTING..... VERY SAD....IS THERE ANYPLACE WLSE WE COULD GO TO GET OUR IMPORTANT INFORMATION BACK ????????😭😭😭😭😭

This Verizon store is a solid 10 compared to the old one that was over next to McDonald's. The staff is friendly helpful and explained everything as we progress through all of my options. Verizon is one of the most expensive services out there but I can tell you I've traveled all over and never had service or dropped a call even in the most remote areas.
