Very poor customer service.
I cannot say enough good things about Victoria and Tyrell! Victoria helped me pick out the phones and move data. Ty helped make them functional for me and fixed some problems I was having. I was there on two different occasions. Best customer service! It's the customer service at this store that keeps me with Verizon.

The staff is competent and ask you how they can help. However, while some of the employees seem glad to help, a few make me feel as if they are doing me a favor.
They created a new Google business account because the old one has so many bad reviews, and now i know why. There are more than 6 advisors working there. ONLY 2 actually working, the rest are just having fun and laughing in the back while customers are waiting in front. I waited 30 minutes for someone to talk to me. Worst store ever
