Today was a joke. We walked in and was approached by Savannah. She just wasn't friendly. Like, get it together. Where's the customer service? No direction in what we should do for the exchange as if we were just supposed to know. Matt was great the first time we came in but this was a different experience.

Went into the store and was told even though my broken phone has Verizon protection (which is a $99 deductible) the phone repair would cost me around $250. I then called Verizon customer service and they told me that was completely wrong and that it would be the $99. It’s just very annoying to have time get wasted and be told the wrong information. If you don’t know the correct answer ask someone who does know it.
