Cam Is AMAZING At His Job! He Helped Me Wit Everything I Needed Help Wit & Has AMAZING Customer Service Skills!
The people in the store were nice but seemed kind of confused on some of the plans and promotions. After finally getting logged into my mobile account I noticed the person that was helping me added protection on both devices I transferred over when I specifically asked him not to. So that definitely made my rating in the store and the assistance from the staff go down! Make sure if you are going in store to check your bill once you leave to make sure there is no extra charges you do not want!
Sage did a wonderful job in helping me activate and troubleshoot my issues my issues. I would recommend her to my friends.
Beware if your looking to get business service from these people, especially Jory. They will sell you a service and fail to disclose how much additional expenses you will have in equipment to make it work. My business is very simple with 3 cell phones, internet, and 2 "land lines". Support after the sale is long gone and my bill was supposed to be around 300 and so far in the first month its about $1000.00+ I can not get any help to figure out why the bill is so much and also emailed for help with the equipment and got no fo... read more
