I've been having issues with my 5G home internet and cellular reception service (both provided by verizon) so I went into the store seeking assistance. Upon entry we were greeted and assisted by Gabriel who during the entire service experience was on a personal call refusing to hang up. After each exchange between myself and Gabriel, he would ask the members of his personal call to "hold on while I help these people" afterwards returning to having conversations with whomever was on the call. Cameron was by far the best customer service assistant I have ever dealt with. This store is very professional and will help you in anyway. I can’t thank you enough Cameron for all your hard work and time you spent with me to make sure I was extremely happy which I am and above. Every employee had smiles on their faces and I could tell this is where you want to go to get what you’re looking for. Cameron thank you again for saving me so much money and taking the extra time to ensure I would walk out ecstatic. Great store!!!
