Bought my new phone today. Chad was extremely patient, talked through my options and then set up my phone, apps and even paired with my car. I highly recommend this location and Chad.
I got 2 new phones and was helped by an associate named Gabriel..he was good in helping me and since I did not have my husband's phone..he Said bring b back within 30 days. I did..a week later..Gabrielle was out so spoke to staff and then manager I believe his name was deacon? Said there would be a activation fee...I said no. Horrible service without allowing you to speak and selling you the wrong case for the wrong phone! Canceling my account and go somewhere else for better service.
