Customer for over 15years but it's getting horrible... has been declining for years. This company doesn't give the associates much to work with to help you in person... and we ALL hate calling the customer service (right?!) but we don't have a choice, now do we? The people at this store are sweet! Especially the young lady that tried to help me! She felt bad that she couldn't help me .. hands were tied.. sad
The store is good... very knowledgeable. The company, Verizon always has a twist. Was trying to make an insurance clam... " sorry here's the phone number, I can't help you.
