The service at Verizon on York rd is poor. The woman staff is not polite 😒. They will have you standing in the store for hours and not saying anything to you.
Recently I went to this Verizon location to review my monthly bill. The sales associate who tried to help me was Mel. After 20 minutes going is circles with him, he finally told me that he could not reduce my bill and allow me to still have the same service...after initially telling me that there were several ways he could reduce my monthly bill for the same service.
