Alex was a huge help when my son’s phone broke. First, he spent a tremendous amount of time trying to activate the WiFi so it would work properly again. When that didn’t work, Alex helped him order a new phone through our insurance. He also assisted in the purchase of an iPad and transferred all of the apps and info from the phone so that everything was working before he left the store. Great experience!
Jodie Marlow was amazing! Truly a god send in this experience!! Not only was she funny, she made sure I got the right phone and plan for myself! I'd waited about 10 years to get a new phone and carrier because it is such a headache... But she made this whole experience fun and affordable! Thank you for the help with everything Jodie! I absolutely love my new phone!
