Horrible experience at this Verizon store yesterday. I went in to purchase new phones for both my wife and myself. We were greeted promptly and showen the phones we were interested in, unfortunately he knew next to nothing about either phone. He asked for my Verizon account so he could access the information he needed to get us a quote but he wasn't capable of finding my account.
