Staff always ready and willing to help
They have a program called Verizon forward.But yet you can't get it.It gets you $30 off your bill.And for some reason I have a sixty dollar bill opposed to a thirty dollar bill which I was promised. Highly highly disappointed , nobody could get me to the verizon forward area that I needed to be in to get the thirty dollar discount.
After the robot chat thing kept denying me access to a human for about 20 minutes it hung up on me. Canceling service soon
