I just went to this place to have my last bill printed out, and the girl that is working there gave me the worst attitude, don’t go to this place their customer service is 0.
This store has employees who are not properly trained and just tell customers anything they want in order to make a sale. As I was in the store today, I overheard another lady complaining about her monthly bill saying that this is not what her and rep agreed on. I’m leaving this here but I will be contacting corporate to report this store. This is exactly has class action lawsuits are filed and this is not how business works!!! Do better!
