The lady (Maria) that greeted us at the door was rude and confrontational. She proceeded to seat everyone ahead of us without any explanation and deliberately made us wait and walked away from us 3 times the last time when she got a personal call. I will be taking this issue further than just this store as I know her actions were mean spirited and deliberate. I would give zero stars if possible.
Verizon took care of all my concerns, manager was excellent!
