This place is terrible, go somewhere else! My wife and I arrived shortly before 6pm. We waited for over 1 hour 10 minutes, no one spoke to us, they finally put us on their check in list and then proceeded to help others who arrived after us, then they tell us it's because they made an appointment and we are walk in. They have no consideration for others, no initiative to explain anything, they want you to get frustrated and give up. Just go somewhere else. There are lots of standing around and staring at each other
