An endless hellscape of blaming Asurion doesn’t fix anything. I’m on my 5th iPhone 17 Pro and I’m leaving this company. I’m so sick and tired of assuring on Asurion sucks. Pricing is no longer competitive for first responders and they’re just lip service.
Made appointment online to visit Clearwater East store on Gulf to Bay to switch to Verizon and get a new phone. Showed up and checked in at in-store kiosk. Salvador was my Retail Specialist. Knew I wanted Galaxy S26 Ultra. Salvador made me aware of available options including tablets, watches and other affiliated promos. Left the store with all data transferred to my new phone in under 1 hour. Highly recommend Salvador and this Verizon store!

Not sure why my review is not here anymore. At this I store they robbed me of 400$ I had the review up with the exact name and time. Verizon is absolute and utter trash they made a mistake and charged me 400$ for the honor of canceling even though I only had their service for about 5 minutes before realizing they gave me the wrong phone.
