Esme was just so awesome and patient. We actually are former Verizon customers and she treated us like we were. Keep her and more like her.
Overall staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! This location seems to have more staff than other locations when I've gone cutting down on wait times. Definitely one of my more favorite Verizon locations.
They didn’t help with any requests we were asking for help they are horrible!!!!
