Austin is a professional and a rising star no matter where his carrear takes him. The young man actually cares if your a satisfied customer. He did everything he is allowed to do to help me. Ive been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and never once felt appreciated Austin understood that and made every effort to change that. I'm not a fan of Verizon and soon they'll not have me to rob anymore but im an Austin Fan. Im temped to open my own phone shop and pay that young man whatever he wants to run it.
