This is one of the best places to stop for phone service. It is a bit out of the way for me.
I went in after customer service told me to go to the store , for the print out of me phone buy out. First the manager said he wasn't going to print anything out and he couldn't help me. Then I ask if could just print the letter of cancelation showing I owed nothing , he said set down and wait your turn in line . I sat there for an hour waiting for a simple print out.
