Verizon and there sales reps or rep Jerry are commiting fraud. End of last year I came in to change out my Samsung galaxy tablets to ipads. Simple transaction, I had around 10 tablets and wanted to get 12 ipads insted. After I got my new tablets my phone bill skyrocketed and all of a sudden I had 50 plus active lines on my account. It was good! Had a bunch of questions with changing my plans and what phones to consider getting. Andrea and Caro were very helpful and answered all my questions. Even when I miscommunicated, Andrea were helpful and went out of their way to let me know what I needed. That’s outgoing customer service! Thank so much for your help you two!!
