Great store. Had a terrible experience with AT&T, so thankful I switched to Verizon. No matter what I need, the staff in the store has been honest, eager to help and very accommodating. Elizabeth helped me upgrade to a 16 pro max. She even recognized when there was a problem transferring my data , and handled it flawlessly. Oscar, the manager has been extremely helpful as well. Came in today to get help, met with Julian a Verizon Representative, he helped me out with my problem I had on my phone line number. Very grateful for his knowledge and understanding!! Would recommend to others for a go to Verizon store with great custom service!!!!
The tech support there is great, manager is super helpful and all of the employees are super friendly! You totally don’t have to wait “25-30 min” for services
terrible, the techs don't know anything just want to blame Apple and says its Apples fault. we went 3 times in 1 day to resolve and at end of day it was a faulty SIM card which is what I told them was the problem and was told oh no way. those things don't break or go bad. Also Manager and employees standing around doing nothing while customers are waiting to be helped. each time was average wait time of 25-30 minutes to be helped and 30 more minutes for poor service.
