After not being able to lower my $150 monthly bill for two (phones) data lines I switched to AT&t. As soon as the port forwarded to the new AT&T account, I was locked out of my Verizon account. I couldn't view anything in regards to how much I owed or was credited. No one at this location despite being a 'corporate' Verizon store could provide any information, assistance, or monetary resolve related to my account.
