Poor services and slow. Waited an hour to be seen and the bald headed guy with the beard registered us for the completely wrong type of service. When realized he made a mistake he just walked away saying "well hopefully customer service can fix that for you" . Lol cool thanks bud.
This is not specific to this store but I recently left Verizon due to high prices and bundled with spectrum I had no contract and phoned were paid for and I woke up this am to bank alert telling me Verizon charged my checking account $1,100,00 for ending contract early and residual phone payments I argued with customer service who refused to listen to me and could not get copy of contract or agreement This escalated to supervisor which took Ali g time and then I notified bank to stop payment This is why I will No longer enro... read more
