Ask a lot of questions about the the "ghost line" deal if anyone offers it to you. The salesperson assured me my monthly payments would go down by $10 if I took that offer but neglected to mention there would be a $50 activation fee with it. I might have still done it knowing that but it felt incredibly frustrating seeing the first bill afterwards.
Do not buy a phone from this buisness. They will give you a bad phone and then tell you to go to Samsung for a phone that works. Bad buisness.
Verizon has terrible customer service.
