We can help you without your wife here and because you decided to harass my employee, you're no longer welcome in the store to appreciate it if you just left. Jen helped me to place an order for a Verizon.Hum tracking device. She was completely patient and helpful. It took about 40 minutes and set it up so that it will be delivered to my home. I received an email with the order receipt. Very good customer service.
Tried to reach Verizon store at Brickyard shopping center, Chicago, IL. I was connected to a Verizon person at a call center. The person would not give me an honest answer about where he was located. He then transferred me to an offshore person who was no help.
