I was impressed by the outstanding service I received from one of your associates her name was LaShay she was very professional and helpful as well friendly she answered all my questions and was a joy to work with
I'm telling you out of all the Verizon stores that I go to this service here is the worst very poor customer service

Terrible Experience, waited over 2 hours for help and once acknowledged staff passed me over 3 times with different staff members and i ended up walking out...do not recommend this store...
