This store sucks. They take a queue and do not follow it. I’ve been here for an hour and when I checked in there was 3 in the wait. Now I’ve seen no less than five people getting helped and still nothing. Avoid this store like the plague.
Didn't like going there but, had some questions about my account. Was resolved by a great person who researched and found the mistake netting a credit of over six hundred dollars. Pleased I went.
Luna was really helpful with setting up my new device. I had gone to another location the day prior and they was going to charge me $40.00 or so. And went I got to this location Luna was happy to assist me with the process without changing me anything. I did definitely be coming back for my upgrade device. Thank you again Luna.
