Not sure why Google keeps removing my reviews, but this place is terrible from the management to Customer Service if you can save yourself some time go elsewhere
Place is a crap shoot. They can sell you a phone and sign you for anything. The caveat is they are unable to help with anything regarding verizon issues. Call the number and spend hours on the phone with an Indian call center and youll probably still have the same problem you started with. For what they charge the customer experience should be extremely better.
This store sucks. They take a queue and do not follow it. I’ve been here for an hour and when I checked in there was 3 in the wait. Now I’ve seen no less than five people getting helped and still nothing. Avoid this store like the plague.
Didn't like going there but, had some questions about my account. Was resolved by a great person who researched and found the mistake netting a credit of over six hundred dollars. Pleased I went.
