The slowest service I’ve ever encountered. We’ve been waiting for an hour instead of the promised 30 minutes. On top of that, they accidentally skipped our turn. The staff keeps walking back and forth for the same paperwork twice. Customers come in, wait for 20 minutes, and just leave. The worst service ever. We do not recommend coming here!
Took an older family member to replace their phone. The store was experiencing the post Christmas rush and was extremely busy. All of the associates were kind, considerate and making sure each customer had the help they needed without rushing them out. Ja-nya helped us, she was so patient, kind and genuinely concerned that we found the right phone at the right price. We would highly recommend her to anyone needing help!
I went through so much since joinng verizon. I never leave the store with a good feeling. Something always goes wrong after they say they corrected the issues. My bill had fluctuated from 400$ to 53$ today is my first time getting a normal bill. The employees have a wierd approach to dealing with customers. They have no kinda connection and they always tell you what you want to hear but rarely deliver. If you don't know about phones they will take you on a ride.
