My boyfriend is the Verizon Customer but they're really good about not turning your phone off the day your bills due Infinity very helpful
I went here before a trip I had scheduled to see if i could add a package for my trip but I put my information in a computer and it told me I was 24th in line… I left. That was terrible and no one ever did try to contact me to assist. Not good enough customer service.
