My family had an amazing experience with the utmost respectful kind hearted extremely knowledgeable customer service from this store and probably the best we’ve had in a long time. Terry went above and beyond and stayed well after store closing hours to help us. We walked in the store for one purchase only, but ended up with three new phones and that speaks volume with the customer service and care we received that evening. To bad Verizon closed this location down. Great staff. Always nice and friendly. Gonna miss this place. It's very inconvenient to have to go to the other places Verizon wants us as customers to go. All the way to Gunbarrel or Cleveland TN, very inconvenient.

I visited this location earlier today. I won't go into a lot of details, but I had a bit of an awkward issue. I met with Katie and she provided me with the best assistance possible. She was knowledgeable of my issue and was very diligent to provide me the help that I needed. Super Thank You, Katie for all of your hard work. I have been a Verizon customer for 25 years -.
