Was just in to get info on samsung smart watches. All the guy "jay" could tell me was the size of the watch face. Asked about a function I had heard of to confirm or not and he began to Google it before having to ask some one else. I asked the difference between the models and he said it's just preference and asked which one and band I would like. I told he he hadn't told me any information about the watches and what they do.
