As a new Verizon customer, I have had nothing but terrible experiences today at the store. Jasmine and TJ were extremely helpful although it took a bit of time which is out of their control. They got the job done and I’m very satisfied.. They are the true definition of customer service.
Business manger was rude and treated me like I was a joke when I came to open a account for my business all because she didn’t want to do her job if you want to open a business account don’t go to this store please try another one
Was confused on a process of returning and customer service was quick to get rude and snappy with me. Probably won't be coming back to this store.
