Terrible customer service and poorly managed. Everyone checks in when they arrive but the manager picks and chooses who gets helped next. On top of that, with a busy store full of waiting customers, employees are sent on break and sit literally outside in front of the store while customers watch.
As a new Verizon customer, I have had nothing but terrible experiences today at the store. Jasmine and TJ were extremely helpful although it took a bit of time which is out of their control. They got the job done and I’m very satisfied.. They are the true definition of customer service.
Business manger was rude and treated me like I was a joke when I came to open a account for my business all because she didn’t want to do her job if you want to open a business account don’t go to this store please try another one
