Terrible service, the guy name Andres Miller didn’t wanted to sell me a cellphone even though I told him I was going to pay in full. I went to the Harrisburg store and they sold me the 16promax right away without trouble. I would give 0 star if I could for this Spanish speaking guy.

I would have given Kevin, aka, KJ a higher rate until after he LIED about my credit check would be a soft pull when in all actuality it was a HARD PULL on my credit. When I called him about it, he so easily brushed it off like it was nothing!!! “If 100 points was taken off your score, I’m sorry but what do you want me to do?! I work at Verizon and not the Credit company. Not only was he getting smart with his comments but then when I asked to speak to a supervisor, he told me to come up to the store as if I had nothing else ... read more
