I would have given Kevin, aka, KJ a higher rate until after he LIED about my credit check would be a soft pull when in all actuality it was a HARD PULL on my credit. When I called him about it, he so easily brushed it off like it was nothing!!! “If 100 points was taken off your score, I’m sorry but what do you want me to do?! I work at Verizon and not the Credit company.
