My significant other dropped off a Verizon home internet box (she waited in store for an hour and a half) while she waited she overheard a conversation between a Verizon tech to an elderly woman. The Verizon tech was selling her 2 different phone number lines for her 1 singular cellphone. She responded but won’t having 2 phone numbers be confusing. The Verizon tech responded NO. Go get a boost phone. It will suck and the connection will be terrible too. At least its cheaper.
The store is pathetic. I stopped by to drop off my old phone about 3 mins after they closed … The staff just sat there and laughed at me looking through the window as I was trying to explain that I just needed to drop my old phone off. Pretty much describes the customer service to expect there.
Verizon is awful people in there did nothing to help me just blamed 3rd party
