Multiple trips over the years and not a single employee knows anything about their job. End up on with customer service telling them how to do their job and waste an entire afternoon.
Absolutely awful store - we started a purchase in June with an account promotion. The phone was back ordered and no one mentioned that the promo wouldn't apply at the time it arrived and then refused to honor it. Also refused to allow us to speak to a manager. Always slow on top of all that. Rob specifically has zero customer service skill. Don't bother, just go to a different store.
