Michael is an exceptional employee and person. He is very aware of what the customers want, and he took the extra length to get me an account credit for redundant services I was incorrectly being charged for. I came in looking to get 1 phone upgrade and remove 1 redundant billing. I left with 1 upgraded phone, 2 redundant billings removed (he discovered a 2nd), and a refund from the past year of redundant billings! Michael changed my viewpoint on Verizon.
We had a great experience at the Verizon store thanks to Michael. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing us. He made sure we got the best options and answered all our questions honestly. Excellent customer service — professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful.
