Excellent experience at this Verizon store! (Victra at Connection Point Bv). I was helped by TeeJay and Mike who were both very kind and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly. They helped me get exactly what I came in for & even set me up with their Wi-Fi! Entire process was smooth and stress-free! Highly recommend this location.
Trying to buy a case while he is assisting a customer…he then is trying to multitask and help us out but then another customer walks in and he proceeds to help them out instead. I get it, to much but don’t try and skip over is just so that you can help 3 customers at the same time but making all of us wait longer…
